Anyone else absolutely sick of endless roadworks?
It doesn't matter where I'm driving recently. In my town it's taking me nearly an hour to do a 20 minute drive because over a 5 mile route there are two major roads closed, 4 sets of temporary traffic lights and numerous lane closures.
The M1 has numerous 50 mile an hour zones where they are trying to fix the 'smart' motorways.
I feel trapped in my village as I'm the only driver and even driving the 2 miles to the nearest supermarket has become a complete mission.
