Which chocolate would you choose?

If you fancied a bit of chocolate and these were your options, what would you choose?

minstrels
twirl
Kit Kat
galaxy caramel
twix

All of them.

Next..

SweetPeaPods · 08/08/2024 16:23

Would depend on my mood. Premenstrual me would pick the galaxy every time.
If I was at work it would be the twix or kitkat but I would class them a biscuit not a chocolate bar.

I’m at work and these are the options in the vending machine 😆

Minstrels. I like holding one in my mouth until the shell disintegrates, then I slowly suck the chocolate until it’s gone. It can take me forever to eat them so it saves me instantly wanting something else because I feel like I’ve had enough.

GoodnightJude1 · 08/08/2024 16:25

Twirl. Every single time!

I do this sometimes too. Makes my tongue kind of sore after a bit

Twirl first, Minstrels as second choice because you can make them last longer.

GameOfJones · 08/08/2024 16:25

Minstrels 100%. I suck them too @WishICouldWinnow so they last aaaagggggeeesss.

Biggaybear · 08/08/2024 16:26

Twirl.

MapleTreeValley · 08/08/2024 16:26

Twirl

Sakura7 · 08/08/2024 16:27

Twirl.

Maybe KitKat if having a cup of tea with it.

Purplecatshopaholic · 08/08/2024 16:27

Twirl for me too. Had one earlier..

Marmite27 · 08/08/2024 16:27

Galaxy caramel

Thecandywomancan · 08/08/2024 16:27

So far twirl is the winner. This is usually my to go as well

Twirl.

Twirl.. How many rows back does a vendor go ??

Nicebloomers · 08/08/2024 16:28

Not Kitkat. Probably minstrels or twirl

Scandiviews1 · 08/08/2024 16:29

Always forget how lovely kitkats are. So I'd have one of those if on a diet (hoho) and minstrels if not. Twirls get eaten too quickly.

ErrolTheDragon · 08/08/2024 16:29

If I wanted chocolate it obviously out of those it'd be the twirl because that's the only one that's chocolate rather than other stuff with a bit of chocolate.

Twirl/flake always tastes more chocolatey to me than a solid bar of comparable milk chocolate, I guess it's the surface area or faster melting or something.

If I want chocolate nowadays though it's got to be at least 85% cocoa

Gowlett · 08/08/2024 16:30

Twirl. Then Minstrels. Rarely bite them here, too!

PhilosophicalCheeseSandwich · 08/08/2024 16:30

Minstrels probably. I love chocolate, but I'm not keen on any of the other options. I don't even consider a KitKat as a treat, it's only one rung above a Blue Riband.

ErrolTheDragon · 08/08/2024 16:31

Kitkats are always disappointing because wafer is basically edible cardboard.

Gowlett · 08/08/2024 16:31

Errol, Twirl & Flake are made with chocolate crumb, it’s the only way to achieve the texture. So, they are more chocolatey!

ErrolTheDragon · 08/08/2024 16:31

Haven't had minstrels for decades - they'd be second choice.

Blueuggboots · 08/08/2024 16:31

A twirl with a cup of coffee....bite the ends off, suck the coffee up and shove it all in....🥰

ErrolTheDragon · 08/08/2024 16:33

Minstrels would be the best bet for eating at your desk if you're in an office or similar, though there's the danger you might feel compelled to share.
