Yes really.
This is a thread asking for recommendations for really absorbent tea towels.
Mine are ancient (well before my husband knew me and we've been together 15 years!) and holey and ready for an update problem is the ones I have brought recently are basically rubbish non absorbing sheets of material.
Any recommendations for tea towels please?
Thank you.

Another vote for Kitchen Aid ones from Costco. Best ones I've ever had.

35 years ago I was gifted some Terry nappies, never used them, so they became my tea towels. Bloody hell they were fantastic. Only just got rid of the last one.

Have tried using pampers but they're not the same... 😂😂

I used terry nappies 32 years ago and remember a friend of my mother asking me to keep any old ones for her because they made the very best floor cloths! As it turned out I ended up giving the nappies to her daughter because she was pregnant just as my dc was potty trained.

Those check Terry cotton tea towels are good, I use them for proper washing up when we are in the caravan, the nice picture type aren't generally so good I find but I use them at home as I have very little to dry up
