Has anyone been to Protaras in Cyprus?

We have just booked for next year end of May.
We normally go to Gran Canaria or Tenerife
Just looking for anyone who has been to tell us we have made a good choice ha ha
We were looking at Antalya but opted for Protaras

Went there in May with my 3 children. Had an amazing time. Great people, food and weather with plenty to do. Have fun!

I have never been to Cyprus before so I'm excited.
We did Gran Canaria and a little Ibiza trip this year but felt like a change.

Lovely but bloody hot in summer. Really hot. We're on Ibiza now, it's hot but pleasant.

About to go for the fifth time - my favourite place ever. The beaches are beautiful, the weather is fab and everyone is so friendly. You can't beat it!

Went to Cyprus last year for the first time. Can’t wait to go back, I could live there, the people, weather and food were amazing.

Yes! Go to Fig Tree Bay...the beach is amazing and there are lots of lovely restaurants..I absolutely love it there. Very jealous!!!

Ooh just remembered the name of my favourite restaurant..Paladela. Order the seafood meme...just incredible and the dishes just keep coming!
