I wonder if anyone could help me. I bought a dress from Boohoo. When it arrived it’s actually from a concession Quiz. I went to the Boohoo portal to start a return and was directed to their concession portal which listed the brands to return to. All good except Quiz isn’t listed and nothing on the paperwork that came with the parcel mentions what to do. In fact the delivery note says thank you for shopping at Debenhams??? I tried the chat on Boohoo, but got no response.. thanks to anyone who might be able to help
