Anyone had anything like the white at back of throat how long it lasted ways to get rid?

Is that an ulcer or can you poke it off with a finger (like a tonsil stone)?

Have tried to poke it but think it's under the skin like an ulcer

I'm guessing it hurts like a bugger. Could be a canker sore. Try bonjela or salty rinses (boiled water with a tablespoon of Saxa in)
