Who is this chap?

I’m useless at celebrity names. But a man has walked past me a couple of times in London Victoria and I can’t shake the feeling that I know him “off the telly”.
Hit me with your suggestions for short(ish), balding, middle aged white male celebs please.
I have a really terrible photo of the side of his head but not sure that’s cool to post in case I’m going mad and it’s just some random guy!
I have a feeling it’s sport / politics / tv comedy related.

Ah. Having now seen the pic, I revise my original suggestion of it being Jason Watkins. I think it's defo a rather vertically squashed Prince William! Poor man, one wonders what's happened to him to compress his features like that? 😂

He does look kind of familiar but I think that's just because he looks like a fairly generic white, balding middle-aged man rather than because he's anyone famous.

He looks a bit like a cross between Andy Hamilton and Jack Dee imo.
