This has all happened via my daughter's account.
She bought a pair of Toms Trunks trousers. They were sold as 'new without tags' and the description stated they were unworn.
The seller showed 2 photos (of her wearing them)
The trousers arrived and the inside label has been cut out. There was also a mark on one of the legs.
An integral 'style' element of these trousers is that you wear them with the waist band turned over and the label showing.

In the photos she was just wearing them as normal, no turned over waist band so we had no idea re inside label missing. She also had not mentioned in the description that the label had been cut out.
Had we known that, my daughter would not have bought them.
Responded via Vinted that there was an issue, that these are significantly not as described.
The seller has requested we return them but I don't see why we should have to pay the return costs. We have gone back to her to ask if she will, and that is where we are at.
Even if she agrees to fund the postage costs, how does that work? Can Vinted get involved if she refuses?
