Moving in 2 weeks, family is eligible for broadband social tariffs, but thinking do I really want it? New place can only get BT or Vodafone. BT you have to set up a normal account and then apply afterwards, so I could do that now - social tariff is £20-ish no contract, but slower speed. BT fibre is £30. Is the £10 worth the hassle?
Vodafone you have to apply for a phone call then they decide if you are eligible on the phone, we're still waiting for the call! They don't exactly make it easy. So as I say, if anyone has any experience would be interested to hear it?
