Please help - solicitor advise

Thanks in advance. Need some help decoding what the solicitor has said about our house sale! We are waiting for the management company to confirm (with the freeholder) the notice fees payable on completion and process for obtaining the certificate of compliance for the new owner to be registered. This sounds straightforward but how long can it take? Weeks, months? Does anyone know?

Following as I'm in the same position. From what I understand there are some fees on your side to obtain the management pack (ours is 90 pounds) and then there's also some fees that the buyer will have to pay depending on whether certain deeds are required, this is just from me googling though!
