My child is turning 3 at the end of August and we’re having his party in September. We have booked a party for up to 20 children. We have invited 23. 8 people have said they’re definitely coming and 3 have said they’re coming but haven’t returned their invitations (I’m making individual food boxes so they needed to be returned with their food choices). 6 people have said that they definitely can’t come. So we have 6 unknown (I have sent messages to 3 of them to ask if they’re coming but I have no contact details for the other 3 but my number is on the invitations so they can contact me).
So at the moment, including my child we have 9-12 people coming but I guess there’s always a chance that they might not all come either as kids get sick/plans change ect. so it’s probably more like 7-10 🤔
What would you do? I’m hoping that no one turns up without telling me as they will have no food 😬
My child has just started going to didikicks and is about to move up a class at gymnastics so there will be more children that I can invite 🤔
