Diagnose me!

I have been googling but can’t seem to find anything to match my symptoms. Essentially I have loose stools, classic gallbladder pain and feel incredibly fatigued. This has been going on for a few months and I’ve lost nearly 10kg. I had some tests and I was very anaemic but had a blood transfusion and an iron transfusion so levels should be fine.

I think doctor was thinking gallbladder plus a stomach ulcer or something. My endoscopy was clear though ( both ends). I just feel so utterly wiped out which made sense when they said how anaemic I was. Felt much perkier after infusions for about a week and am now back to utterly exhausted. The next step is a ct scan but I’m unsure
whether to go back to GP as pain / exhaustion has come back or wait it out.

I had similar and it was an ultrasound that diagnosed my gallbladder. I had it removed completely but still have bowel issues.

I'd push for a scan.

Did it also make you anaemic or tired? I feel so spaced out and exhausted. They’ve referred me for a ct scan with contrast for thorax, abdomen and pelvis so hopefully that will come up with an answer. They said it’s likely to be gallbladder plus something else or possibly something else entirely that’ll explain both anaemia and pain.
