Shrinking in height at 38

So basically as the title says i have shrunk an inch in height at 38. Should i be concerned, seems a lot so young. I have went from 5ft 7.5 to 5ft 6.5.

I'm in the same boat- I'm 39 and went to a practice nurse appointment very confident of being 5ft 7 as per usual, only to be informed I'm now 5ft 6! Nurse chuckled and told me it was normal😱

Thats good to hear, i was reading online it can be a sign of osteoporosis and was starting to panic.

Aged 50, osteoporosis, broke my back in 4 places, lost 3 inches in a year. Was already tiny. Now practically classified as a 'midgit'. Not happy.
