Pre or probiotics for son for acne / on antibiotics / bowels a bit unsettled ….

looking did some advice please 🙏

my son has acne - being treated now with topical cream and antibiotics.

his bowels are now a little affected 😏 as if acne wasn’t bad enough!

Im bamboozled by all the choices of pre / pro biotics.

can anyone give me a steer before I waste precious money?

My son was on antibiotics for acne and it totally nuked his gut. He had to go lactose free for months and only got better a few months after he stopped being on the ABs. Wasn't worth it at all. Probiotics and especially huel drinks helped him recover.
