Fan for carry on luggage

Posted here for traffic.

Flying with handheld luggage only. Sadly menopausal and realised the property we have rented has no fans or A/C (booked by family member). I was thinking about taking a USB fan if allowed.
My airline says "Lithium battery operated devices such as drones and quadcopters are accepted for carriage in the cabin once the battery does not exceed 160-watt hours. "
Most USB fans are lithium Ion (though none I can find the number of watt hours on.
Has anyone ever taken a USB fan in carry on luggage? If so, which one?

I sat next to someone who had the fan above on a plane and it seemed excellent. I have been pondering one since then!

You’ll be well within those limits with a handheld fan.
