Oversized hoodie recommendation for 11 year old…

It’s dd’s birthday at the end of the month and she’s asked for an oversized hoodie or sweater.
She hasn’t asked for anything specific. Ideally I want to chose something I think she’d like to open on the day rather than checking first - but in that case I’d want the option of being able to return it if it’s not what she had in mind.

I have a few questions…

Are hoodies generally more ‘in’ still than tracksuits jumpers?

If they say oversized in the description then presumably I don’t have to size up? Or do people still do that too?

Which makes are popular at the moment? I see lots of White Fox. Anything else?

Hollister also popular, and easier to return if you're in the UK. At 11 I'd go for a ladies Small and that should be oversized.
