Does this look like a spider angioma?
Ive noticed it really the last few weeks thinking it was a scab that was not healing due to its location (and a slobbery environment!) but actually when I look back on photos its been present for about a year but smaller & less red. It actually doesn't appear to be scabbed & does blanch under pressure.
It has a lighter red area around it but not ‘legs’ specifically that I can make out.
First pic is today & second pic is approx 1 year ago which when scrutinising photos is the first evidence of any sign of the lesion appearing, but it wasnt red at this stage.
DC is 4.5 years so it appeared at about 3.5 years.
If your DC had the same, did it eventually disappear? Did it increase in size much?
Did any more appear? Im concerned there is a similar mark starting further up his face.
I will do an e consult to GP but looking for real life experience.
Tried childrens health section a few days ago but no response!
