Piles!!! How to treat, get rid of??

Sorry for detail.... but Ive always had a tiny pile (after giving birth) never reared it's head so to speak but all of a sudden it's dropped out and feels huge 😳 Ive tried to push it back in but it seems too big😳 it's umcomfortable and I know its there.

Any advice??? Will it go down and pop back in itself? Should I be using any cream at all?

Definitely get some cream on it. Also the suppositories are good too.

I had the same for my pregnancy and it’s only 14 years later that it was bad enough that I went to the GP, who prescribed suppositories that helped reduce inflammation and pain, I would really like it removed but was told to try this first.

I might try cream first.
