Northumberland pool with slides

We are headed on holiday to Northumberland, near Rothbury. Kids wanted centre parcs again but I wanted a change this year so have got us a lovely cottage but I promised to find them a pool!

Happy to travel and looking for the best pool with slides ideally in the area. Thank you!

Haltwhistle has an open air lido. Whitley Bay Pool has slides and you could have a day out. Both a fair distance away. Not sure what's in Alnwick, which is closer.

Dunbar has a pool with cafe, flume and wave machine plus other things for little ones.

If you come to Haltwhistle there is plenty of other things to do in the area.

I think you can also go kayaking at Druridge bay.

Alpamare is the best one, perhaps too far? It's in Scarborough.

There foxlake.water activity park in Dunbar too.
