In other news, I've been banned from posting on YouTube comments for 48 hours for Hate Speech.
Considering I make sure my comments are milder than most of the vitriol on the political channels, I'm rather annoyed.
Especially since I had a pressing opinion on throw pillows that the world needed to hear about (I watch a lot of interior design channels)

What I love about that hacking it that shows trump campaign were looking at Vance as a possible VP pick way back in February, did loads of background checks, and STILL CHOSE HIM!!

Because I had the temerity to suggest that Trump occasionally (!) lies, I have been told on YouTube that I have mental health problems and should seek professional help!

I am patiently awaiting the narrative that "votes are just a number" and Team Trump to begin to state that polling is irrelevant as obviously Trump should be POTUS. What do votes mean ?

I think the official line is that occasionally he mis-speaks, not that he lies on almost every occasion he opens his mouth, apart from the ones on which he is forgetting words or people's names.

But what is 'mis-speaking'? Surely that is lying.

He was fact checked through his presidency by WaPo and he told 30,573 'false or misleading claims' in the 4 years.

Mis-speaking is not telling lies. No, no. Not at all. Not in the slightest. At the very worst it is alternative truth.

Mis-speaking is almost accidental apparently. Unfortunately it was Hilary who first started that when she misspoke about coming under attack getting off a plane years ago.

That's really interesting @Efacsen I was just thinking how different it is in the US from the UK. You'd never get thousands of people at a rally just to hear a candidate speak (other than the party conferences I guess).
