I work in a school and my life is very busy. I only have one night a week (exc weekends) that is free. One of these is a term time volunteer activity and the others are sports clubs.
I broke up from work in the middle of last week for 6 weeks and I am really struggling with the lack of routine. I have zero motivation to do anything at all. I have stopped my sports clubs (they are still running, I just don't want to go). I've gone from being completely rushed off my feet to doing nothing at all (some of this is my choice). I have been on a weight loss journey over the last year and that's out of the window too, I just don't know what's going on. A couple of months ago there would have been no way I would have stopped doing the sports clubs as I love them both. It's like when my work routine stops then it seems to throw everything else out and I just can't function!
Anyone else struggle to maintain focus on areas of their lives when routine is disrupted?
