Is Boohoo customer service always this painful?

I’m an hour in and on my third live chat. Is it always like this? Please send help šŸ˜‚

I had an absolute nightmare.
The items were not as stated in either material or sizing so I tried return them the same day they arrived.

the end result took weeks multiple ignored contact. i eventually managed to get WhatsApp to work for contact. But that still took about 24 hours per message
then I had them claim I had only returned one of the items and refused to refund.

eventually I got my full refund.

it was so bad I deleted my account and have decided I will never ever use them again!

@Ginkypig That’s ridiculous! Mine is a similar situation and keep being fobbed off. I don’t blame you at all, I regret buying premier now šŸ˜‚

Iv got my fingers crossed it works out for you.

its a shame because I really liked one of the things I bought and it seemed ok quality but even though I had checked and measured both my waist and a pair of trousers I knew fitted well and checked both those against the size guide but it was at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been
the other trousers though were terrible! Crap thin material and while it said they were 95% cotton they were infact polyester.

it was really th terrible e customer service and then the accusation that I had effectively stolen an item that really decided for me that I’d never trust them again.
