We're in the north west. Put our house on the market 13th June and STC on 17th June.
Had offer accepted on the house we will be purchasing 22nd June. Instructed solicitors same day for both sale and purchase and paid initial search fees & completed ID checks that day too.

We've completed everything asked of us as quickly as possible as we are desperate to move as we have our third child due in 14 weeks.

Buyers solicitor received contract pack from us 3rd July and raised enquiries from then all of which have been answered.

Searches were ordered for our purchase 3 weeks ago, nothing back yet.
We have our mortgage offer in place.

Both surveys completed and discussed last week, all fine.

Our solicitors have received and reviewed the contract pack for our purchase and raised enquiries today.

Anyone else been at this point and can advise on timescales?

Could be 4-6 weeks could be 4-6 months! It is a really hard thing to guesstimate on. It is not as bad as it was for delays as less people are moving, it also depends on the people you are buying from. They could still not be that organised or your buyers may go on holiday for a couple of weeks which could delay it all.
