Do you have a purple room in your house?

Love the colour but I feel like this has to one of the least used colours in a house.

Yes we have a stunning sort of deep grape library.

But all the colours in the house are saturated: cobalt front room opens to deep purple library opens to mango walled dining room which is open to the kitchen which is white with red oven/red painted cupboards.

I can't stretch to a library, but can do you a purple bedroom. Not easy to see with the light as it was, but the window wall is a pale lilac and the blinds a deep purple.

I used to have a purple hallway. I love purple.

Yep purple bedroom, heart wood Dulux colour. Everywhere else pretty neutral in my house

Lilac walls in the lounge, but very pale. Aubergine & light & dark grey patterned sofa and Aubergine curtains and lightshades.

We have strong colours in most of the house, broken up with rooms entirely painted in wevet.

My bedroom is a medium lilac (I'd like it to be more purple, but it's quite a dark room and I'm worried a deeper colour would make it even darker)

our downstairs wc is purple (farrow and ball brassica) on the panelling - so just lower half of the room and the door. Grey ( Elephants breath) on the top. Sounds so wankie 😂

To me plum and deep purple remind me of 2005-ish. They were the 'it' colours back then, along with Moroccan styling. I think when a colour has been so dominant for a while, it takes a long time to come back into fashion.

Cloakroom is Dulux "Cocoa pod". It is 50/50 brown and purple to me, very neutral and calming color.

Yes, our spare bedroom/office is a deep lilac, we have yellow files etc on the shelves to compliment.

Yep purple bedroom and lightish purple in lounge and few purple tiles amonst white ones in kitchen and purple accessories. 💜
