Help me find these words / article please

I'm looking for a short article / words regarding advice for a woman to either bear in mind before marriage or to keep their relationship interesting or something. It's from the 1950s maybe? Suggestions like "don't wear hair rollers to bed as it could frighten your husband", "freshen up your make-up before he gets home from work", "if your husband initiates sex at bedtime, be happy and let him enjoy himself" etc. This article may have appeared in a spoof relationships forum or thread on here. TIA :-)

That's not the exact one I was thinking of but very good in terms of how awful it is (although obviously life and times were very different then). Can't imagine any of those "suggestions" being acted on today - unless, of course, you follow the submissive wives regime!
