Does anyone have a phone number for BA that will allow me to speak to a human?

I called them when I went in holiday in June, from the number on the manage my booking app.

The helpline number is all automated and a message says they aren't taking calls.

If you're on holiday now or due to leave in the next 24 hours, they text you an emergency number before you leave.

When we had an issue I contacted them via twitter and they were excellent.

They sorted a full refund of my mother in law's non refundable flights to the US as she was unable to travel.

Twitter seems to be the best way to deal with most companies now.

What are you trying to do? Book? Cancel? Ask a question? Are you a member of the executive club? I only ask because they often have dedicated lines.
