This has happened to me 3 times now in as many years.
Always in my right eye and after I’ve been laying on it/putting a lot of pressure on it (stomach sleeper who turns sleeps on right side of her face)
So what happens is my vision in said eye is very blurry and I have a large semi circular spot in my upper periphery.
It all rights itself within 30 minutes or so. I’d put it down to putting pressure on my eye and restricting blood flow but have since googled and am absolutely beside myself that I’ve actually had a stroke or TIA.
I suffer with horrendous health anxiety and am going through a very stressful time right now.
Ive booked an appointment at the opticians for Monday but suspect they’ll ring me in the meantime as have explained my symptoms. Absolutely freaking out here. So worried.
