Any caravan experts about?

I am in a hired touring caravan at the moment. We have electric. Lights are all
fine but the fridge is running off the gas instead of the electric. Is that alright? It’s set to Auto so I assume so.

The fridge normally runs off electric. I would guess that your electric has gone off and you’re actually on the battery so the lights etc will work. I would check the fuse box which is usually under one of the front sofas. They trip quite often.

Mine only ever ran on the mains but I would presume it's ok, might use all your gas up though! Are you plugged into the mains? If you are on the battery then that might be why.

Ours has a button you can press which goes between main-gas-battery-auto?

Are you on electric hook up or battery?

Should be on electric hook up. I’ll check the fuse.

Can you post a picture of the front controls of the fridge?

The mains power post outside that the electric cable plugs into isn’t working. Our neighbour has minimal power too. Onsite are looking into it for us all. Thanks for helping.
