Ordered something from eBay, its two weeks late, I messaged the seller once the expected date had passed, I told them it was late and could they let me know from the tracking what's happening because if I click the tracking it doesn't show anything. because I left it until the expected date its now almost two weeks late..
Their reply to that was 'This product requires batteries to operate'
I replied saying it doesn't take batteries and could they let me know when I should expect it, they replied a day later saying to give it a few more days, that was three days ago, I messaged them again this morning to get the same 'give it a few more days' message back from them.
Do I get eBay involved now or do I need to wait longer? If so how long do I give this 'give it a few more days'?!
Ordered from what I thought was a uk seller with two day postage.. its ended up coming from China.
