We've just found out we're expecting so looking at moving from Outskirt of Manchester to closer to my partners parents in Wolston (Coventry).

We were looking at 4 bed houses around Rugby & Coventry wanted to know what the best areas were & what areas to avoid.

So far we've seen Long Lawford & Dunchurch. In a couple of weeks we've agree d to pet sit so we'l have 11 days down in Dunchurch to see local areas.

Any advice would be great.

We've seen houses in Overslade, Clifton-upon-dunsmore, Bilton, Hillmorten

Some examples:

I've lived in rugby for many years, hillmorton tends to very popular with young families trying to gain access to the excellent schools within the area.
The popular schools are over subscribed, and so if you don't live in catchment, you don't have a chance of access.
Plenty of amenities in the area, for example pharmacies, doctors, shops, as a commuter it's also a quick drive to the station.
People are friendly within the neighborhood and excellent access to the motorway.
Hope that helps, good luck
