At what point do you apologise for keeping someone waiting?

My appointment was at 6:45 and 26 minutes later I’ve still not been seen. This is cosmetic - not a gp where I’d expect to wait.

Last time she kept me waiting 45 minutes and never apologised. She’s so lovely and friendly I felt bad saying anything. But it’s taking the piss now as it’s not a one off.

If it were me, I'd apologise if 1 minute late.

But if I'd been kept waiting 3/4 hour before without profuse apologies and a genuine reason, I wouldn't have booked another appointment.

I bought a package unfortunately- otherwise I agree I wouldn’t have gone back.
