I am setting up a new business and came to the agonising task of picking a name. Can I have some feedback on 'Prime Foresight' as a name, please?

My business objectives: project management, design management and overall project leadership and delivery services for clients, designers, and contractors working in the super-prime residential and luxury development sector.

On a personal level, I like the word 'foresight' and its most relevant description of an attribute or quality which distinguishes me from others when driving a project. I am genuinely known as a person with good foresight which always helps me with problem-solving and delivering creative outcomes.

My concerns: too conventional, 'foresight' is an overused name, pretentious?.. or not sophisticated enough? It needs to sound a bit conservative considering the type of industry and clients I'm involved with. On the other hand, I don't think it's 'edgy' or progressive enough, sounds too corporate and non-creative. Or am I entirely overthinking this?

In that case, I definitely wouldn't name your business after it. As a pp said, those are the sorts of skills that you would expect as standard in a service of this kind, particularly at the luxury end. Even if you know that you're better at it than your competitors, naming the business after it does not communicate this to potential clients. That's what testimonials from previous customers are for.

Would Insight work better than Foresight?

I think you could use the term vision in place of foresight
