Moviprep didn’t really work

So was offered a last minute appointment today(late afternoon) which saves a few weeks of waiting. I took the first lot yesterday and I did go to the loo maybe 4 times it was liquid and brown not running to clear. Does being up and about get everything moving? about to down the second batch. Any top tips?!

The second batch will work. Don’t plan on leaving the house this morning!

Drink lots of water in between, make sure you’re well hydrated. Did you fast / change diet at the recommendation times?

Second batch usually does the trick for me.. first lot does nothing. Ideally you've had a low fibre diet for a few days but if not don't worry... the second batch is the dynamite!
