How to open Lush body spray?!

DD went shopping today and bought Lush body spray. We can’t open it - please could anyone tell us how it opens (pic hopefully attached).

it has a white collar bit that prevents the trigger from activating in transit. Sort of like a bottle of cleaning stuff, but not quite - as the ones on cleaning stuff come off. This one, I can twist so that the trigger can be pulled, but the trigger doesn’t fully pull, it just pulls a bit and the spray is really weak. The white thing looks very solid and I’ve put quite a bit of force on it - didn’t budge.

Yes, the stuff that's dribbled on my hands trying to open it smells nice!

Hopefully another Lush fan will be along to help. I’ve never bought the body spray.

I'm not sure if it's the same technique as the old bottles with the red plastic underneath the sprayer but there should be a way to move it out of the way whilst in use and then move back when not in use. It's to stop it spraying when not in use... Or at least the old design was like that.

Doesn't the white thing come off if you pull it down?

The ring round the white thing is really strong and tight. I've yanked it again, and the only movement that it can do is to twist to free the trigger. But the trigger doesn't then spray well, kind of dribbles. I'm sure the white thing must be designed not to come off.

I watched the videos, that's what I'd tried. But now, having pulled the trigger about 20 times, it seems to have engaged itself and we have body spray!!

Hiya I know this may be too late but after struggling with the opening myself, it turns out the white stopper part spins side to side to allow the trigger to work
