Do your kids watch 'old' tv shows?

DC like some old tv shows but won't watch them for long or won't choose them out of choice. Tried Little Bear, Trotro and Rosie and Jim. They enjoy them for about 10 minutes but then get bored, I guess because they're used to modern shows. Do any of your DC watch oldish tv shows and if so, what ones do they enjoy? The DC do like Caillou and Max and Ruby but I detest these 😂

My son likes all the Scooby-Doo iterations

I forgot that we do watch a lot of Scooby Doo!

Oh and he also likes Looney Tunes (Woody Woodpecker etc)

Correction: WW is not Looney Tunes, but he likes all that sort of stuff.

Old versions of Dr Who. Older documentaries on WWII, nature, history etc. Blackadder. One Foot In The Grave. Hyacinth Bucket. Thin Blue Line. Yes, my dc like to watch older TV programmes for grown-ups.

When they were little I showed them Button Moon and the Chuckle Brothers and Rosie and Jim, as well as that one with Grotbags and her pet crocodile and that bloke who lived in a pink windmill. They weren't impressed. They did like Trapdoor though.

My ds (22) used to love Max and Ruby when he was little, 'Charmless Rabbits' my DH calls them.

Both mine loved the 1970s famous 5 series

Grandad had gummy bears on video..... Fascinated by the videos and gummy bears ..lots of bouncing and demands for gummy berry juice...
