Is anyone having problems with the Sainsbury's app? I am not able to 'browse' any category. It says 'there's a problem'. It's been like this since yesterday.

I get this for every category.

I’ve just tried and it’s doing the same for me. Seems to be working if you search an item though, if that’s any help. Have you tried messaging them on FB Messenger? I find they respond quite quickly on there.

I tried phoning and the person said she could add my items over the phone but couldn't offer any other help! (Not really the answer I wanted from her.)

It seems ok to add from my favourites and will use the 'search' function for other things. Thank you.

I’ve had to give up with Sainsbury’s online. They never have the usual things in stock anymore - even 4 pint of milk and bread! Visited the store and they have an abundance. it’s the same store that does delivery as my neighbour is a driver for them.

He said there has been many online problems recently!

It’s very weird. I contacted them and the reply I had was basically “Yeah? And?”
