My DH and I are planning to retire in a couple of years from near Bristol where we currently live to Witney to be closer to family. We will be moving with our 21 year old son who has ASD and it looks like Witney rather uniquely for a small-ish town has a number of opportunities for him (Yellow Submarine, Witney college etc) Are there any other options for volunteering etc that could be suitable for a young person with SEN? Does anyone have any experience of this? It seems to have a lot going for it generally but it would be helpful to know what it's like as a community.
We are looking around the Woodgreen area of town to live if our budget stretches that far.
