Why is my boob vibrating?

Pretty much as the title says - since yesterday morning my left boob has been intermittently vibrating. Am I about to discover my breasts are smart activated? What is going on?

Possibly muscle spasms or you're receiving messages that the mothership is returning to pick you up.

@GalileoHumpkins 😆

When did you last see your phone... 😂

CherryRipe1 · 29/07/2024 14:24

Could be anxiety or a vitamin deficiency

NancyStStacey · 29/07/2024 14:39

@PoodlesRUs you laugh, but it does feel like that vibration you get when a phone goes off in your pocket… but in my boob instead 😬

I used to get that occasionally it is such a weird feeling. Unfortunately I have no idea what caused it! Might be worth checking your bra position

Flumpie59 · 29/07/2024 15:41

I've never had a vibrating knocker but my leg does it sometimes, like a vibrating phone ...

I never did understand what causes it!

You don't keep your phone in your bra, ever, do you?

I know (and have experienced) that you can get a 'phantom phone' thing where it feels like your phone is vibrating inyoue pocket when it's not, I guess maybe you can get it in your boob too?

Otherwise, maybe a muscle spasm like when your eyelid twitches?

I get that on my wrist when not wearing my watch which vibrates for notifications. V weird.

Agree that if you keep your phone in your bra this could be the cause.

I have been adopting a 70s vibe this summer, so bras are optional - I am not buxom so no spaces for a phone to be hiding.
What a weird sensation- I don’t think I’m unduly anxious or suffering from boob strain to cause muscle spasms.
I have lost one of my AirPods though….

I know this is an old post but I’ve had similar . It feels like a spasm but in one boob (right)but in one area (near bra line I guess ) it’s like a flickering feeling that comes and goes! The closest thing I can compare it to is when you get that weird twitch in your eye but this time it’s in my boob !
I have just had huge anxiety after just having the results of a benign breast lump in left breast (thank god) so I’m wondering if it all that worrying has brought it on ? Anyone had similar ?
