Pic attached - was this a tick?! Pulled out of my leg.. must've been in there 8hrs + !

Just to add - there is the "body" which is the biggest bit and then a separate bit that looks like the head?! that came out after..

It's absolutely impossible to tell from the picture - but if it was buried in your leg, probably.

It would be full of blood and fallen off.

I can’t tell but if it is it’s important to get all the legs out. I would call the GP tomorrow as you may need antibiotics.

It was sticking up out of my leg, only part of the body was there as I'd already shaved my legs when I noticed it

The quality of the image has dropped since uploading it but the black dot at the bottom looks very head-like!
