Is pollen high today? Im bunged up and bit of if a sore throat

Feel a bit off today, nothing major but woke up streaming nose, phelmy throat having to keep swollowing. Bunged up.
Wondering if pollen count is high today?

Anyone?

Loads of colds and Covid about, I’ve just had a bad cold that started like this.

Do you normally suffer from hayfever? I don't normally get phlegmy, but my eyes as well as my nose stream when the pollen count climbs. Sounds more coldy than hayfevery.
The met office suggest the pollen count is no higher than medium across the UK today.

Yes it can. My main hayfever symptom is a sore itchy throat. I don't really sneeze much

I've just started sneezing and my eyes are streaming. According to my pollen app, grass is moderate and mugwort high in my area.

Off to close windows and doors...

Dont usually get hayfever.
I do feel abit hot. Taken paracetpmol as got a bit of a bad back and its helped.

Sounds more like Covid. It's rife at the moment.

That's my main symptom too, together with inflamed eyelids diagnosed by the optician! I don't really get a runny nose or sneeze a lot.

My COVID started like that last week

Pollen fine in London today.

Woke this morning sore throat trickly itchy phylemy throat. Not covid have tested.

Mine took a couple of days of symptoms before test showed positive (recently).

I had a cold like that a couple of weeks ago while I was on holiday, I suppose it could had been Covid but it panned out like a cold.
