Winged eyeliner: why can't I do it?

I just want to look more put together

You can’t do it on hooded eyes. Do you have hooded eyes?

Also age plays a factor. I used to be able to do it but now my eyes are too old and baggy.

Following with interest. I think I have hooded eyes - or at least one hooded eye. I'm not very good at any kind of eyeliner!

Try a powder eyeshadow and then NARS push eyeliner brush.
