Can anyone please help. The wand on my shark hoover, has no suction. I am stumped how to fix it. I've been trying for days. Have had a Google with no results.
Filters have been washed/dried
Hoover is completely empty
Brushes cleaned, no hair wrapped around etc
Poked down into the wand, no blockages
The green light is on
When using the actual hoover it's picking up ok but not great.
It's also making a whirring sound. I thought this was normal but DH thinks it's new/not right.
All help most welcome. My floors are disgusting and badly need hoovering.
