Please help!!
9 weeks ago I had alot of travelling. Came home to a motion type dizziness, no sickness. Thought it would pass but hasn't. I've had so many medications from sturgeon, citrizine, betahistine even proponol for anxiety and I even tried an ssri but nothing helped. The ssri was awful. Bloods OK. Saw ent said ears ok. Got an mri but not holding much out there. Feel this weird pressure in neck and shoulders like being pulled down. Lack of sleep. Awful when sitting especially. Any help??

It could be positional vertigo if it's particularly bad when sitting. I use Stemetil when mine gets bad, ask GP for prescription.

Have they suggested you try the Epley Manoeuvre?

and then follow the other video for the other side.

My GP warned me to have a puke bucket available the first time, just in case, but I didn't need it.

Hey guys

Thanks for the replies. Yes tried the manoeuvre especially at the start. I did try the medication above for a bit, it did help a little but not enough to get rid of it. How often and long do you take this for? I have in my cupboard.
It's weird because I find when I'm busy, driving and even outside I feel pretty good. Sitting indoors or being in bed is awful. Anyone else notice this?
9 weeks is far to long for this.
Driving me mad, so hard to sleep and wakes me in the night :((.

You DRIVE whilst you have this dizziness? That cannot be safe.

This is the weird thing I feel perfect when I'm outside and driving. It's more like a boat feeling not dizzy and gets me when I'm sitting still like on the sofa or bed. Also a weird pressure like feeling in neck & shoulders that makes me want to fall back. Awful 😖
