Please can you inspire me to cook something about unusual, with strong flavour to cheer up my poorly DP? I am good at cooking but have fallen into a routine of wide range but samey dishes. Would love a challenge but stuck for ideas.

We're having some kind of gochugang sweet and sour bavette steak thing tonight.

I know what I want it to look like, but unsure how I'll get it to that point currently...

Fish tacos?

Something zingy with lime - you could do raw fish if you can find it.

I’d do a lovely rich and tangy shakshuka with some good quality toasted bread like sourdough.
