My Apple Watch is an SE so can't monitor body temp. I've read that the newer more expensive models (8 onwards?) can track temperature. I'm not family planning these days, but am very interested in cycle tracking more generally to get to know my body (and my mood) better. I've tried with a thermometer each morning but with little success (odd readings some days throwing off the month's data, or simply forgetting).
How accurate are the watches? Anyone have any experience with them?
