... and so each day I'll be bringing you all the action. Today is the opening ceremony. There is plenty of entertainment. Here is the King's Drum and Bugle Band, led by Drum Major Jermaine Jacobs.

The medallists in the men's event are Tucker with gold, Rocco with silver and Baxter with bronze.

And in the women's event Fabia wins gold, Thea silver and Heidi bronze.
