What are you having?

Need some inspiration.
Fed up of the same old same old.

Ham and cheese sandwich with cherry tomatoes and salt. Yum! And a bag of crisps, of course.

Today I had a creamy courgette and chard soup with nice bread and butter. Picked the veg in the garden yesterday and needed to use it before it got lost in the back of the fridge.

This week, we're having

-homemade sausage rolls with salad (sausage meat with herbs in pastry)
-homemade curry wurst with bread
-chicken nuggets with salad
-homemade chicken and sweetcorn sandwiches
-homemade BLTs
-Pot Noodles
-homemade CLUB sandwiches

I had home-made coleslaw, lettuce, spam and a slice of brown bread and butter, followed by a nectarine. I don't usually have spam, it's usually cold cooked meat of some kind, but that's a pretty normal lunch for me.

Leftovers is the way to go! I had leftover shredded Mexican chicken from last night in a wrap with salsa, grated cheese and lettuce.
