A smoking question....those who have used lozenges to give up..

I am day 3 free !
I am using patch and micro tabs .
But I noticed last night that , under my jaw on the right hand side was very tender.

I put the micro tabs on that side.

Could I be overstimulating the salvia gland on that side ?

Did anyone else notice this when using the nicotine micro tabs ?

Just bumping to ask if I should keep it in the same place each time or move it around my mouth.?
