When are you next hungry? When do you next eat?

I have a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit 9.30/10am. I have breakfast usually 7/7.30am

greengreyblue · 24/07/2024 11:34

When I eat breakfast it’s at 7am and I next eat at lunchtime which is 12 for me when at work(school).I might get a gurgle at 11ish but I wait until lunch.

masomenos · 24/07/2024 11:37

Around 10-11am. I drink tea and have a slice of toast around 7.20. Then have black coffee with a biscotti or scone, or a cappuccino/latte with nothing else mid-morning. Lunch is around 12.30-1, and quite substantial. Then fruit and nuts around 4.30/5. Then a toddler sized portion of whatever I’ve cooked for the family’s dinner at 6.30pm, as am normally not hungry for the rest of the day.

12/12:30. Must admit I'm a bit hungry all morning but try to hold on!

KintheCottage · 24/07/2024 12:11

I’ll eat lunch at around 12 but usually have an apple or something in between.

muddyford · 24/07/2024 12:12

Just having lunch now. Only a drink since 7.30.

Enko · 24/07/2024 12:15

12 noon someday 11 30 am. If I'm hungry I eat a bit early I don't find it makes me hungry grief for dinner. That's around 7 pm. I usually have tea and something around 4.

PetrichorSoul · 24/07/2024 12:15

I have a bulletproof coffee at 7am. Can go till about 1 before I start to feel hungry.

I eat keto so skipping meals is really easy.

Dilbertian · 24/07/2024 12:28

It depends upon what I had for breakfast. If carb-based, eg cereal, toast or porridge, then I'm ravenous by mid-morning. If protein-based, eg eggs, Greek yogurt, nuts, cheese, then I easily go through to lunch anywhere between 12.30 and 2.

FinallyHere · 24/07/2024 17:49

I eat low-carb (lots leafy green vegetables) and rarely feel actual hunger.

S0livagant · 24/07/2024 17:50

Between 12 and 1

MiddleAgedDread · 24/07/2024 17:50

10:30 snack regardless of what I eat for breakfast!
protein pancakes might keep me going until 11 but I think that’s only really because I tend to have them as a later breakfast on days I’ve done exercise first thing.

NoSnowdrop · 24/07/2024 17:52

Usually 11:30 - midday ish.

CaptainCabinets · 24/07/2024 17:53

I’m pregnant and constantly ravenous so I can just about make it to 9am before I’m munching on something Blush I do try to go for fruit, though!

In normal times, I don’t usually eat between breakfast and lunch (if I’ve eaten breakfast at all!)

rainbowunicorn · 24/07/2024 21:26

Between 1 and 2 I usually have a cup of tea mid morning.

SabbatWheel · 24/07/2024 21:29

If I have breakfast about 7.30/8 (cereal and 2 toast with jam) then I’ll next eat something small about 2.30pm (banana, milk roll egg sandwich etc.) then bigger meal about 8pm.

Sapphire387 · 24/07/2024 21:32

I don't usually eat breakfast that early - I do intermittent fasting.

On the occasions I do eat that early, I'm always hungry mid-morning, 10.30-11.

OuchIsLife · 24/07/2024 21:32

7am breakfast
11am 100 calorie snack
12:30 lunch

TheBlackCatWithTheWhiteSpot · 24/07/2024 21:33

At lunchtime - about 1pm.
Sometimes I am hungry earlier - around noon, sometimes later.

Bimblesalong · 24/07/2024 21:35

Overnight oats with honey, Greek yoghurt and fruit keeps me full until after midday. Prior to this, a big breakfast of toast or cereal, or even a serving of porridge would have my stomach rumbling by 10.30. Delighted to have found a solution.

FionaJT · 24/07/2024 21:40

A mid-morning banana is an essential part of my day, I rarely make it through to lunch without it. Breakfast is usually coffee & muesli with fruit & greek yoghurt, sometime after 7.30am.
