You'll be delighted to know all is fine now.
But last week, I had a small load so I chucked a couple of white items in. Normally do them separately.
The otherwise bright white tops (one was new) came out a sickly pinky beige with dark green stains around all the armpits. I thought I was going to have to bin the lot.
Liberal applications of and soaking in oxy powder has restored order. Phew.
I didn't pay much attention in science at school but I'm assuming some sort of unexpected chemical reaction took place. Just back from a hot holiday, so lots of deet, sun lotion and extra deodorant.
I'm weirdly invested - any ideas?
